Quran desecration plotted by Christian man to punish wife’s lover, reveals probe into Jaranwala attacks
Investigation Reveals Christian Man's Plot to Frame
Wife's Lover in Jaranwala Quran Desecration Incident
Faisalabad, Pakistan - Initial findings into the Jaranwala
incident, which occurred on August 16 and involved the vandalization of several
churches following the desecration of the Holy Quran, suggest a conspiracy
orchestrated by a Christian man to implicate the alleged lover of his wife.
Jaranwala's Superintendent of Police (SP), Bilal Silhari,
disclosed key details of the investigation during a media briefing. According
to SP Silhari, a Christian individual devised a scheme to involve another
member of his community in a blasphemy case after discovering his wife's
alleged extramarital relationship.
The police officer revealed that the mastermind behind this
blasphemous plot initially attempted to hire a contract killer to eliminate his
wife's lover. When this plan failed to materialize, he, along with his
associates Dawood and Bobby, hatched an alternative conspiracy to falsely
accuse the lover of blasphemy.
The suspect began by writing a blasphemous letter and
subsequently desecrated pages from the Holy Quran, suspending them from a rope
in the middle of a street. He then placed the blame squarely on the wife's
lover.
In a significant development, the police have located and
secured the rope utilized in the incident, and it has been sent for forensic
examination to further corroborate the ongoing investigation.
This revelation sheds new light on the Jaranwala incident,
underscoring the complexity of the case and the motives behind the act of
desecration.
