16 accused, including an ex-MPA of Tehreek-e-Insaf, were turned over to the Army for prosecution under the Army Act, according to Corps Commander House

The transfer of 16 suspects, including a former Tehreek-e-Insaf MPA who is reportedly connected to the Corps Commander House case, to the Army for Army Act proceedings has been granted by a Lahore anti-terrorism court. Imran Khan, on the other side, has asked the Supreme Court to rule that the Army Act is being violated by the trial of the detained employees.
